Return and Refund Policy

Top Cat Ti-Tees Golf products are made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or for an incorrect size or color selected by the customer. Please review the product description and size chart before ordering.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or differs from what you ordered, contact us promptly through our store’s Contact page, within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem.

For confirmed damage, defects, or fulfillment errors, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost or a refund. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
